ABOUT RAVI CHARI
Ravi Chari oversees clinic operations for InnovaCare Health. Previously, Ravi served as president of HCA Healthcare West Florida Division and before that, he was a senior vice president in Clinical Services Group, leading HCA Healthcare’s Clinical Excellence agenda. This enterprise program is aimed at improving clinical and operating performance by identifying and reducing avoidable, negative clinical variation. Ravi also led the HCA Physician Leadership Academy, which focused on developing physician executive leaders. Ravi graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Duke University. Following residency, he entered fellowship training at the University of Toronto in Hepatobiliary Surgery and Abdominal Organ Transplantation. His first staff appointment was at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. His second appointment was at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he rose to the level of professor (with tenure) and chief of the Division of Liver Surgery and Transplantation. Ravi earned his Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Ravi resides in Tampa, FL and is married to Sharon E.
