As a Test Manager, I have 25 years overall experience in delivering IT projects, 7 based in Development, 15 years in Test Management and 19 years in Testing. I have worked on a number of large scale custom built applications on onshore/offshore models for Telecoms, Retail Banks, UKI Utilities and Public Sector clients.My academic credentials include ISEB, ITIL and Veeva Admin certifications in addition to working across the V-model using Agile, Iterative and Waterfall development models. The high profile projects I have successfully delivered utilised my proven expertise in test management, project management and third party management. I am confident engaging with stakeholders on IT projects, using clear and concise communication skills to present both technical and non-technical information.Throughout my career, I have used various technologies including Quality Center, Unix, Linux, Oracle, Web services and have sound knowledge of networking.
