Conducting the survey by external agency for new risk findings.5). Quality circles - Platform for non executives and juniors for their career enhancements by new modification/projects in tangible and non tangible benefits.6). Management Change - Looking after the new modification implementation by conducting HAZOP, SOP, Training documents, PFD, Commissioning report and approval by management.
