I am an insurance and risk management professional with a decade & a half of experience working with leading large corporates across various sectors like infrastructure & construction.Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Marsh McLennan, I manage key corporate accounts and focus on strategic new business acquisitions. My role involves understanding complex risk environments, structuring appropriate insurance solutions in order to provide complete client satisfaction.Over the years, I have worked with major diversified corporates, helping them design comprehensive risk transfer strategies aligned with their business objectives. My approach is relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on sustainable growth, portfolio stability, and value creation for clients.Prior to my current role, I was with ICICI Lombard, where I served as AVP in the Specialized Industries Group. I led teams managing large construction and infrastructure portfolios, drove new business in coordination with underwriting teams, monitored claims performance, and focused on cross-selling and client retention.I have also served as Area Head – Corporate Sales at Magma HDI General Insurance and earlier worked with Marsh India, gaining strong exposure to enterprise risk solutions and structured insurance programs.
