Developed and implemented a Support Vector Machine (SVM) model using Python’s Scikit-learn to classify neutron interaction events for the Multilayer Active Target for MoNA Experiments (MAME) project.Conducted model performance analysis with various kernel functions (linear, RBF) to select optimal models, validating results through confusion matrix and ROC curve metrics.Used K-means clustering to analyze neutron interaction data for the Next Generation Neutron Detector (NGND) project, uncovering critical design patterns in detector arrays.Communicated scientific findings and visualized data clusters through Matplotlib and Seaborn, facilitating clear collaboration with lab partners.
