Designed and implemented the annual compensation and bonus cycle process. Launch and oversee comp cycles across various timelines and provide guidance, system instruction, and relevant data to Senior Leadership across all companies in group. • Partner with Senior Financial Planning Director to set up and maintain employee data for annual budget cycle.• Oversee and launch annual employee engagement survey and pulse surveys. Provide guidance and platform education in the areas of employee recognition, analytics, goal setting and monitoring, survey action planning, and conducting effective 1:1s. Established integration between engagement platform and our HRIS.• Implemented Compensation platform. Serve as platform Administrator and provide market analysis and benchmarking data related to workforce planning, annual compensation reviews, promotions, etc. across all companies in group. Established integration between the platform and our HRIS.• Implemented Onboarding portal and digitized new hire paperwork process. Established integration between our ATS and our HRIS.• Integral member of HRIS implementation team in support of two HRIS implementations during my tenure.• Manage, review, and negotiate contracts with third party vendors.• Developed and managed multiple projects spanning all areas of HR utilizing a deep understanding of HR technology systems, programs, and data.• Provide continued oversight and make applicable modifications supporting integrations and data integrity.• Established integration between our LMS and HRIS, laid the groundwork for establishing Learning Plans, and partnered with Senior Leaders to create initial Learning Plans.• Calculate and report monthly workers compensation wages and process premium payments for multiple policies and companies. Provide cost center reporting to relevant accounting teams.• Conduct WC and GL audits.• Provide M&A support.• Prepare and provide HR analytics.• Train and mentor HR staff members.
