Completed Ph.D. in Microelectronics at IIT Bombay, one of the top institutes in India - Selected as a Primeminister\'s research fellow - PMRF (a prestigious and rare achievement)- Served as Vice-president for SPIE IITB Student chapter (International Society for Optics and Photonics)- In brief, I have expertise in the following- Multidisciplinary knowledge (electronics and software programming) with solid fundamentals and innovative thinking aids in looking at an easy approach to solving a problem- Expertise in physical design with hands-on experience on synthesis, floorplanning, placement, cts, and route- Digital IC design ranging from RTL to tape-out using various EDA tools (Xilinx ISE, Cadence Genus, Innovus, Conformal LEC)- Analog IC schematic and layout design with Cadence Virtuoso - Hands-on experience in using various hardware and software programming languages (Verilog, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS)- Modeling and designing transistors at a scale of 5 nm including quantum effects using Matlab, and Java- Developed an open-source nanoelectronics computational tool - QuDSim (Quantum device simulator)- Growing 1 nm size artificial atoms/quantum dots using a sophisticated and ultra-high vacuum instrument, Molecular Beam Epitaxy- Fabricating 2 um feature size devices using optical lithography tools (EVG620 Double-sided Mask aligner, Karl-Suss MJB4)- Handling various deposition, and characterization tools including, Riber Molecular Beam Epitaxy, Princeton Photoluminescence, Laurel spin-coater, TECPORT E-beam evaporator, HindHiVac thermal evaporator, AnnealSys Rapid Thermal Annealing, Rigaku X-ray diffractometer, Dektak and Ambios Profiler, Atomic force microscopy
