About Raveena Shastri

Hello! I\'m a creative professional with a passion for design. I started my journey while pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce and decided to explore my creativity through fashion design, where I first discovered graphic design. I continued to self-teach graphic design skills and worked with a Jaipur based startup, Indibni creative studio, before moving to Pune to work with The Westin hotels. During my time there, I single-handedly worked under strict deadlines to create design materials for 6 hotel outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 nightclubs and 1 Spa Lounge.With a desire to work with and learn from other designers, I joined Amazon as a Production Designer, and have now been with the company for over six years, progressing to a Design Manager. During this time, I\'ve gained extensive experience in managing a team of 7-10 designers, reporting KPIs, mentoring and coaching designers, and ensuring my teammates\' metrics are met.Outside of work, I enjoy making caricatures and playing with my toddler, who constantly inspires me to approach design with a fresh perspective.
