I bring data, AI, and analytics solutions to market through 360-degree campaign strategies, content and thought leadership positioning, analyst relations, partner engagement, and talent activation across social, digital, and events.Before this, I spent years enabling disruptive marketing and solution storytelling across Capgemini\'s AIE innovation labs network — running events, hackathons, social media, and campus branding programmes. Across 13+ years, I\'ve built expertise in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, executive communications, and digital marketing — with hands-on experience across tools, platforms, and geographies.Outside of work, I co-lead MatrShakti, a women\'s artisan collective in Punjab, ensuring its end-to-end growth strategy, product management, and sales execution. I am also building Raavee — a slow ceramics and table linen curation brand rooted in India\'s craft ecosystem. I manage Airbnb properties, designing guest experiences end to end, and run niche Instagram channels exploring food culture and daily observations — my personal lab for testing content formats, voice, and what actually makes people stop and engage. Home, craft, content, and the way spaces make people feel — it\'s been a parallel life for over a decade.
