My responsibilities are searching from job portals and internal database and Working on the requirements, which are sent by direct clients/implementation partners/layers. My job is to Analyze the requirements. Technical Screening of Consultants, Setting up of Interview with the internal developers & Clients. Working mainly on W2, 1099 and C2C tax terms and have to check the Visa statuses of the Clients. I take great pride in being a part of Xoriant Corporation.
