Responsible to oversee their workloads & ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed, and manage their performance.• Directly responsible for managing multiple Operations projects to improve operational cost, quality, and service levels.• Responsible for joint (Cold Fill & Hot Fill) CapEx of more than USD 130M. • Demonstrate end-to-end program management leadership through collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain Leadership, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, external contractors, and suppliers. • Partner with Technical Leads (Manufacturing. Maintenance, Quality, IT, or Engineering) and ensures the availability of these resources to complete all phases of the project. • Responsible for business process improvement and implementation of PMI protocol for effective Project management, execution and completion.
