As an Early Careers Partner with a passion for developing and supporting graduate and apprentice talent. A can-do and positive attitude which is at the heart of supporting the Sweco Graduate Programme and Apprenticeship Framework. I am dedicated to cultivating a culture of learning, growth and inclusion. With a focus on employee well-being and mental health, I champion initiatives that empower individuals to achieve their full potential. As an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Forum, I am committed to creating a work environment that values and celebrates diversity, where everyone can thrive. Through my experience in developing and implementing successful early career programmes, I have gained a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of emerging talent, and nurturing future leaders.
