Hi, I’m Raushan Kumar, a 3rd-year B.Tech (Computer Science) student focused on becoming a Software Developer.I’m currently preparing for on-campus and off-campus placements with a strong emphasis on Data Structures & Algorithms using Java. I’m at an intermediate level and actively improving by solving problems daily on LeetCode.I’m an ex-intern at REFFTO (60 days), where I learned how real teams work — including collaboration, communication, basic exposure to marketing, and understanding professional workflows.I’ve participated in SIH and multiple hackathons and have built a basic machine learning project on earthquake prediction, which helped me understand problem-solving beyond theory.Alongside my preparation, I guide juniors through YouTube by sharing my learning journey, mistakes, and practical advice — mainly to stay accountable and consistent.My goal is simple: strengthen fundamentals, improve communication, and secure a Software Developer role through disciplined daily effort.
