Key Responsibilities – Senior SCM / Purchase ExecutiveManage end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and services.Source and purchase botanical raw materials and extracts required for SCFE and nutraceutical production.Identify, evaluate, and develop approved vendors ensuring quality, compliance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.Negotiate pricing, contracts, MOQs, and lead times to optimize procurement costs without compromising quality.Coordinate closely with Production, QA/QC, R&D, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.Monitor inventory levels, plan procurement schedules, and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.Ensure procurement activities comply with GMP, FSSC ISO, and regulatory requirements.Handle import–export coordination for international sourcing, including documentation and supplier follow-ups.Track supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support audits, certifications, and customer requirements related to supply chain documentation.Prepare purchase orders, MIS reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance reports.
