Key Deliverables:1) Successfully implemented Salesforce.• With the help of Wipro, we have successfully implemented Salesforce in JKLC. • As a core team member provided basic design & various input to Wipro.• Test & done UAT in all step & provide input to Wipro for successfully salesforce implementation.• We have successfully implemented salesforce & extended it to SP, Employees, Dealers mobile app.2) Successfully implementation of REBATE SYSTEM and Qlik.• As a core team member, we have designed & implement various discount scheme in SAP & extend it to Qlik for batter decision making to employee & management.• Various types of report created for EBIDTA, NSR in SAP as well as Qlik.• Configure in SAP for taken liability for monthly, Quarterly, and yearly basic.• Also prepare monthly scheme for Eastern Zone in SAP.3) SAP & ADEMPIERE TRAINING & SUPPORT-• Resolve all queries related to credit limit, credit days, billing, MRP, factory trade\\nontrade orders. • If MRP or Billing change, update all pending ZFTD orders on mid night.• Providing web adempiere training for ZFTD orders & creation of ship to party to all CFA, SP & his staff.• Without SAP ID on depot providing quick support to all east zone depot, this is cost saving for company.• Create order if new consignment come like zero excise, sample billing, rake direct party orders, clinker order etc.• Short close orders if request came from marketing.• Depot invoices cancel if request received via authorities with the help of HO team. • Providing dealer app training to all active dealers & solve his day-to-day query.• Providing ESS, Leave & tour training to new & existing employee.• Provide technical support to fingerprint machine with the help of vendor.• Looking technical issue related to camera with the help of vendor.
