Serve as a technical leader and primary regulatory interface, driving certification and production compliance for unmanned aircraft systems across global markets- Own conformity, airworthiness, and approval processes from early development through serial production, ensuring alignment with authority requirements- Act as the bridge between design, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to deliver certifiable and compliant products- Lead engagement with certification authorities (FAA, EASA, JCAB, ANAC), contributing to current programs and shaping future regulatory frameworks for UAS and eVTOL- Define certification basis, determine applicable means of compliance, and lead compliance demonstration across hardware, systems, and software domains- Support certification schedule planning by identifying technical milestones and aligning compliance efforts with overall program goals- Collaborate with the Certification Program Manager to track progress, escalate risks, and ensure technical readiness for regulatory reviews- Coordinate and approve conformity inspections, including First Article Inspections and configuration audits, ensuring product compliance with type design and production standards- Prepare and validate regulatory documentation (Certification Plans, test programs, compliance matrices, airworthiness substantiation reports) and support approval processes- Oversee continued airworthiness deliverables such as TSBs, ESBs, ICAs, and post-certification authority actions- Contribute to internal training and guidance to strengthen organizational knowledge in certification and compliance- Engage with industry standards bodies (e.g, ASTM, EUROCAE) to align Wingcopter’s roadmap with evolving regulatory and technical standards

Structural Airframe Certification and design expert working cross functionally with various stakeholders and ensuring the end to end aircraft development process from breaking down product, market and certification relevant safety requirement to working with the design team to develop solutions which are not only pragmatic but more importantly certifiable in the target time and capabilities/expertise available in the company. Current responsibilities include - Owner of Airframe structural requirements - Providing product and certification requirements to the design team and supporting in developing pragmatic solutions for complex problems to make urban air mobility to reality- Technical supplier management to ensure the development moves smoothly by timeline tracking & deliverables management- Close coordination with EASA(aircraft certifying authorities) to propose certification strategy is agreed and all means of compliance are met- Generation of Certification plans, Qualification plans, test plans, stress reports, design descriptions and other compliance reports- Leading full scale structural tests, detailed level tests and coupon level tests to show compliance to different structures related topics like structural strength, durability, fatigue, company process verification and strength demonstration for the aircraft- Leading working groups of stress engineers, design engineers, test engineers to develop testing plans and strategies to test different structural parts ensuring development of all necessary data needed for compliance demonstration- Travelling to different testing laboratories to supervise the execution takes place according to the signed and released plans to provide conformity and compliance to the authorities.
