Experience

1. Deputy Commander and Director of Communications for Mo Wing Mission Pilot Incident Commander

   Civil Air Patrol

   Jan 2005 — Present

   Serve this volunteer organization as the the Missouri Wing Deputy Commander and Director of Communications for the entire Wing (state) helping our members to grow and train to serve our communities and nation. Currently hold the rank of Lt. Colonel, and work to provide service for Disaster Relief and Search and Rescue missions, while also working with cadets to introduce them to the joy of flying, and helping them to develop into our future leaders. I am in charge of making sure our entire Communications Network in our Missouri Wing is prepared for mission work and exercises, utilizing our vast network of stations, while training others in mission-related skills in our radio systems to utilize our trunking, VHF and HF radio capabilities, while working with our outside agencies in the Air Force, National Guard and SEMA to partner up with them to be prepared for activation as needed. I am proud to serve our community and country with this organization to be able to give back with the talents that I have been blessed with.
