Worked and assisted with gameday/event management and set-up/breakdown for all MLS and NWSL home games. Assisted in day-to-day locker room administration & staff needs. • Visiting Team Liaison for all Major League Soccer clubs playing against Orlando City SC, serving as their main point of contact and fulfilling team’s needs & requests before, during and after gamedays.• Prepared official MLS required paperwork packet to be distributed for all Visiting Teams on their arrival to Orlando. • Coordinated between Competition Coordinator & every MLS Visiting Team exit times/warnings in order to ensure a perfect procession and kick-off starting times in MLS. • Referee Liaison for all NWSL home games, serving as their main point on contact during every home game. Coordinated exit times and warnings moments previous procession & kick-off with Referee Crew.• Facilitated & assisted with match operations, match presentation, with teams and officials in MLS/NWSL.• Provided support to other events organized by the club at the stadium on gamedays (soccer tournaments, clinics, & friendlies events).
