   Since 2013 as Project Manager, his experience is with national (PEMEX) and international companies, including OpCos from USA, England, Belgium, Holland, and Australia as well as TALOS, ENI, McDermott, Perforadora Oro Negro, Dragados y SIA. Main Projects:PEMEX Project 2014 to 2017: Geophysical and Geotechnical studies in locations where platforms and pipelines will be installed for the Northeast and Southeast Marine Regions: 35 geophysical and 32 geotechnical studies; 14 mappings; 12 pipelines; 2 pipelines for HT/HP in shallow water. 3 geotechnical studies in deep and ultra-deepwater; 15 Shallow hazard and 12 well relief studies, and a Regional Shallow Hazard Studies of 4400 Km2.PEMEX Project 2013 to 2014: Service of a Specialized Ship to conduct geotechnical studies and drill pilot wells in deep and ultra-deepwater in exploratory locations to identify drilling and geotechnical hazard, before starting to drill exploratory wells: 16 geotechnical boreholes 3 pilot holes (up to and 400m).Geophysical and geotechnical studies in locations where platforms and pipelines will be installed for the Northeast and Southeast Marine Regions: 16 geophysical and 17 geotechnical studies in shallow water. 23 Shallow hazard and 8 well relief studies.Geotechnical Offshore experience includes directing offshore geotechnical-drilling projects, field engineering, offshore laboratory testing and in situ testing (PCPT, remote vane, P-S Logging), to design offshore piles. Office experience includes, analysis of field data, selection of soil parameters, interpretation of PCPT data, engineering analyses and reporting for pile design and bearing capacity for near-surface soils. Work in several Gulf of Mexico’s projects (including PEMEX), additionally in Trinidad and Tobago for Bechtel, and in Venezuela for on-land projects for Ameriven and Sincor.Participated in the first Deep Water job for Pemex, his activities included data interpretation and developing of the static report.
