Develop and manage a talent management process for distribution center and facilitate succession planning process with the focus on creating developmental plans for a high performing and productive team. · Conduct on-boarding for new hires. · Create training programs on various HR related topics including: Coaching and discipline, competency assessment, conflict resolution, documentation, safety. · Well versed with OSHA guidelines. · Provide support and guidance to VP, Distribution and Distribution Managers with regard to strategic management changes and succession planning. · Provide direction regarding counseling and hands-on guidance to VP, Distribution and Distribution Managers on HR specific issues/problems such as Employee Relations, Harassment, Disciplinary Counseling, HR Compliance, etc. · Conduct investigations related to specific issues initiated from the AllVoices Hotline and other contacts in the Corporate Human Resources Department. · Provide partnership and directives for all Distribtuion Center terminations and demotions. · Ensure Company’s procedures comply with employment regulations. · Oversee Distribution Center Recruiting process from recuriting, screens, interviews to new hire onboarding. · Create Distribution Human Resources policy and procedures. · Communicate Human Resources initiatives and programs to the Distribution Center and Management teams. · Create and oversee the annual performance evaluation process. · Use reporting to analyze turnover and productivity to assist with the planning of strategic processes and programs for the retail stores and management. · Develop and oversee a Safety Program for the Distribution Divison. · Collaborate with other functions, business partners and departments to achieve Human Resources business objectives. · Other duties as assigned.
