Answer all the DMPK-related questions for sponsor(s) and provide suggestions to further their drug discovery and development activities. DDI risk prediction using basic static and correlation-based models.Highly proficient in non-clinical ADME induction studies using plateable hepatocytes. Carry out all steps from plating hepatocyte cells, treatment, sample collection, LC-MS/MS sample analysis (activity assay), and RT-PCR analysis (enzyme mRNA expression assay). Familiar with other in vitro DDI studies like CYP phenotyping, Plasma protein binding, and intrinsic clearance studies using various tissue fractions.
