Working with the IRS for over thirty years, I understand Tax Law. As one of only individuals with NAEA certification, I\'m more than a simple accountant. Of course, I handle tax preparation, but I also represent clients in IRS proceedings and consult with businesses and high net worth individuals on tax policy and strategy. When dealing with the IRS, I know who to call to start the settlement process, and I\'ll work tirelessly throughout the case to ensure you\'re well represented and receive a fair hearing. That aside, I\'m most proud of my motto. When I see a problem, I come up with a solution. I\'m a fixer, and that\'s what I do. I\'ve been a fixer all my life, and when I started to see a problem with minority education, I went to work with one of the most worthy non-profits in Texas, Family Solution. We\'ve found that if we can raise reading abilities to grade level before third grade, we lower dropout rates.    As an Enrolled Agent, I\'m one of only professionals in the country with such a designation. I represent taxpayers in front of the IRS, regardless of the tax issue, and I am often tapped by CPAs to represent their clients in need of advice regarding IRS dealings.I represent taxpayers of all ilk, including the individual, partnership, LLC, LLP, 1120, and 1120S, in front of the IRS, as well as in their original filings.Because of my experience, I also advise clients in all matters regarding taxation. I advise businesses as they consider exit strategy, particularly as it relates to taxation. As for couples preparing for divorce and ultra-high net worth individuals, I can provide insight on tax law as it relates to their filings, and I am also considered an expert witness in trial proceedings.Further, I provide assistance with the Offer In Compromise, which allows tax settlement for less than the full amount owed. The Offer In Compromise does not blemish a credit report like a bankruptcy.The Due Collection Process Hearing is another tactic to avoid tax court and is typically the last opportunity to request a collection alternative. This is another area of expertise.
