Oversee the enterprise Design organization, which encompasses the HFC Access, FTTH/FTTx XGSPON and GPON Design, Virtual Estimator and Fulfillment Enablement teams that support our Construction organizations and teams in the field. • Strategically lead and manage teams across all regions that are responsible for all design and construction support activities that empower field teams to focus on construction planning and execution of our network infrastructure. • Successfully established the Virtual Estimator, and and Regional Design Center Centers of Excellence (COE). • Collaborated with leadership team to develop and launch the HFC Access Designer Career Progression program. • Implemented the National Node Split program.
