With over 29 years in the chemical industry, my experience includes Process Operations, Plant Start-up & Shut-down Coordination, Technical Advising, Capital Projects, Turnaround Management and Leadership roles as Production Superintendent and most recent as Plant Manager at Linde.In my current role I am responsible for the day-to-day reliable operation of two SMR Hydrogen units focusing strongly in safely, reliably and efficiently producing product while meeting all compliance, environmental and governmental regulations related to PSM, RMP, OSHA, EPA and TCEQ. As the site leader, my focus is to drive safety, quality, efficiency and productivity initiatives making a significant impact on operational performance results to maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.Other responsibilities include working with Process Engineers, Process Technicians, SME’s, Maintenance, Financial leaders, EH & S, & Project groups to drive continuous improvement and process optimization while achieving variable and fixed cost targets.
