Responsible for managing and negotiating expedited orders through the supply chain to provide the best service level to our customers- Collaborates with suppliers to improve supply chain responsiveness- Communicates with customer service and sales team, to determine current and future forecasts to provide to the customers the highest service level possible- Collaborates with Procurement and Engineering teams to improve the on-time delivery from suppliers, and quality, along with products with good pricing and lead times- Collaborates with the forecasting team to review and analyze demand variations to get to optimal numbers- Collaborates with the Distribution Center operations to establish best practices to achieve the company\'s needs and execute them to satisfy our customers- Collaborates with the planning team to improve the inventory, reduce past due, and increase inventory turns.Main goals: Customer service level, optimal inventories, on-time delivery performance with customers and suppliers, delivery frequency, pull system implementation, 5S\'s, continuous improvement & safety as our company priority.
