Managed all business operations to include sales, warehouse, customer service, administration, and distribution of HVAC, roofing, and metal products in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. •Led and developed a sales and operations team who increased revenues from $18.5 million year-end 2015 to $39.1 million year-end 2022 in a highly competitive and volatile market while growing margins and overall profitability. •Awarded branch of the year in 2018 and 2019 which recognizes the top performing branch in the company.
