   Represent IT on Relationship management with Local BNP Paribas Business, understanding their IT Infrastructure needs and working with internal IT team to deliver- Functioned as a Business Account Manager for Capital Market IT.( CMIT )- Serve as single point of contact for all BCP/DR related activities, Co-ordinate and ensure BCP/DR deliverables are executed in a timely manner. Act as SPOC with O&M dept / BCP Manager for supporting Strategies for disaster recovery of major sites of ISPL and Bank in India- Working with different teams of ISPL for system integration/development and testing using current/latest BNP standards- Responsible for Non-Wintel Based System Management, Performance Monitoring / Tunning & Capacity Planning and to Build a strong Non-Wintel Platform Support Team. Liaises with Global Infrastructure groups on technical development and strategic planning for non-Wintel platform based products- Provide expert level support to clients using Nomadis technology.( Remote connectivity from home )- Successfully completed Server Virtualization Project for CMIT, Consolidation of Physical Servers on Virtual platform- Oversaw the shifting activities of office premises either in big bang approach or in step wise approach from old to new locations without any downtime in business working hours- Rendered training to the helpdesk team to bring helpdesk level to 3 from 0, in a scale of 0 to 5- Handled Blackberry Users and related support for around more than 300 users PAN India- Co-ordination with Client Services Team for successfully getting the Security compliance to 90% and above- Co-ordinates with the Procurement department for purchases of IT equipments required. Manage licenses, AMCs and vendor relationships including procurement, renewals and negotiations.
