My mandate spans high-value contracts, dispute resolution, claims management, and compliance oversight, tailored to the region’s diverse regulatory and cultural landscape.Key responsibilities:• Contracts & Claims: Leading end-to-end contract and claims management—identifying risks early, conducting in-house discovery, formulating claims, and ensuring defensible, outcome-driven strategies.• Dispute Resolution: Managing complex, cross-border disputes including arbitration strategy, external counsel engagement, and internal coordination. I focus on achieving favorable resolutions, often through amicable settlement, to avoid protracted litigation.• Compliance & Governance: Co-leading regional compliance efforts including internal investigations and cross-functional policy enforcement.
