   Team Lead for IBM’s Cloud Management and Compute team, I spearheaded the development and deployment of enterprise-grade cloud solutions, focusing on optimizing infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS) offerings. My role involved overseeing a cross-functional team of engineers, cloud architects, and product managers, ensuring seamless integration of cloud platforms like IBM Cloud, OpenStack, and Kubernetes. I led efforts in the design and implementation of automated provisioning, scaling, and management processes, utilizing tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Helm to reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiency. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to define and refine cloud infrastructure requirements, while also driving performance tuning, resource optimization, and cost management strategies across multi-cloud environments.
