I currently work at IQVIA, a world leader in research, technology, and consulting for the pharma industry.In my role, I lead and manage the finance operations and controllership for IQVIA\'s legal entities in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, with over delivery headcounts. I oversee financial compliance, merger and integration, ERP implementation, INDAS implementation, consolidation, treasury, payroll, board reporting, internal and external audit, and risk advisory. I have successfully streamlined the finance operation, implemented INDAS, and lead internal and statutory audit for the region.
