Launched five cities by setting up the core middle mile network of 150 Dark stores. Setup the first mile network from 50 Collection Centre to the 10 Warehouse ensuring optimum freshness of the product. Working collaboratively with all Stakeholders, understanding their requirements and finding a sustainable resolution. Set up the logistics function for a dynamic space of Fruits and Vegetables logistics. which is very fast evolving and comes with its own set of unique challenge for which the current Indian logistics market is not ready on a large scale. So, to get carrier partners adapt to the organizations model of working has been a great challenge.
