As a scheduler of CMRL corridor 5 Underground metro UG06 Project, I am responsible for development, maintenance and monthly update of integrated project schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with contractual milestone and overall project goals.#Key Responsibilities1)Developing and maintaining the baseline schedule with incorporating Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases using industry standards planning tool such as Primavera P6.2) Managed Monthly schedule update in Primavera P6 including actual progress, physical % complete, critical path analysis and forecasting.3) Prepared EOT claims using Time Impact Analysis(TIA) and Impacted as Planned methods in P6.4) Preparation of 3 Months/ 3 weeks look ahead schedule with proper resource allocations.5) Generation and maintenance of physical S curve.6) Preparation of Catch up plans for delayed activities with fast tracking and crashshing as per project requirement.7) Site Co-ordination with multi-disciplinary teams like Station managers, site Engineers, system wide contractors and solving site related problems.8) Actively participation in progress review meetings.9) Monitoring project schedules and update project timelines based on progress reports and site conditions.10) Preparing the traffic diversion proposals.12) Preparing Risk register for forecasting unseen risks in project.
