Throughout my career, I have always believed that passion and interest drives success.I have always thrived to achieve holistic knowledge,While i was working in profiles of Software engineer,Business Analyst. I found that to have a complete vision of IT, I should be able to view the business point of view to deliver solutions which will have more usability and applicability for the day to day business of the companies hence i did my MBA. I have worked in diverse roles of Consulting,Business Analyst,Program Management,Project Manager and software engineer in the past. I am able to handle challenging roles across both Product and Service Industry.Currently I am working at Shell in central strategy organization driving large scale scale transformation programs such as SaaS Project delivery, Agile, Business Analysis Functional Excellence, testing FE etc.Previously I have worked as Associate manager at Accenture handling a team of 10-12 business analyst and portfolio of 8 products and 100+ Clients for P2P Domain.Prior to this i was in dual role of Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager for Shell as a client working for Accenture.I am IIBA CBAP and BCS ISEB Certified.My domain areas entails but not limited to Oil & Gas, Energy- Upstream, Sustainability, Business Intelligence, ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Financial Modelling, Economic Modelling, Business Planning, Performance Management and Virtualization.My career at SAP Labs has helped me identify my strengths and make a robust profile. I have also been at the interface of business and technology and gained an exposure of how technology is used to make business decisions.During this tenure, I have also had the exposure in dealing with global clients such as Nestle, Eon and KOC in the space of technology consulting.I have pursued engineering in computer science which helps me understand the technology s. In my past I have established CSI chapter at MIT manipal, handled Guinness book of world record events. Organized several national level competitions. Won national level competitions organized by and other bodies. My research papers have been published and awarded at SAP and BITS Pilani.Time at Great Lakes has provided me a good foundation to build my business knowledge.
