Company is into the Poultry Business along with various other verticals. Currently they are entering into large scale manufacturing of poultry feeds using imported machineries with an ambitious expansion plan in the future to come. My responsibility is look after smooth execution of the project and commissioning of the upcoming factory as per desired results. To obtain statutory NOC from relevant Government Authorities. Recruitment of personnel responsible to run the factory during commissioning. Up gradation of the existing manufacturing units. Development of the maintenance schedule in order to enhance the life of the plant and increase the availability of the machine times during operation. Key Achievement- The first phase of the project is complete. Second phase is under progress. Third phase preparation has started.
