Uchi.ru is the largest online school with over 12 million students and 1 million teachers. I worked on redesigning the teacher dashboard, designed the invitation system for new users (teachers and students), revamped the account administration system, and updated the design system. Additionally, I conducted around 50 user tests and 3 A/B tests. Analytics showed that each teacher invites 2-3 new users and about 5-7 new students, with student invitations potentially converting to premium subscriptions.
