Principal responsibilities include the development,implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive biomedicaltechnology program that will benefit recipients of MissionOutreach equipment donations.•Devised and initiated strategies resulting in effective recovery and management of biomedical equipment worth of $3M and redeploy in over 40 low and middle income countries that has directly impacted over 250 hospitals and clinics in low-resource settings where access to healthcare technology and care were grossly inadequate.• Developing policies and procedures to direct recovery, repair andredeployment of medical devices and equipment.• Participate in equipment pre-donation plan and evaluate recipientneeds and implement the needed technology.• Provide customer interface and develop relationship withrecipients across the globe and business partners.• Develops and maintains business relationship with Clinicalengineering and Supply chain department of various partner healthsystems and work with them during equipment transition anddisposition.• Engages with hospitals in low-resource settings to build HTM plansincluding inventory management, PM, repair and tracking.• Management of Mission Outreach Engineering Volunteer Corpsto increase volume of devices and equipment recovered, repairedand redeployed, responsible for inventory management.• Traveled to Tanzania and carried out comprehensive needsassessment for Arusha Lutheran Medical Center and SLH.• Traveled to Togo to on-board equipment and set up the hospitalwith needed technology
