   Working on ZERO: an end-to-end encrypted crypto messenger built on the Matrix protocol (self-hosted Synapse), with token-gated channels and a Pro subscription ($10/mo).• Billing & subscriptions: Built Stripe payments microservice from scratch (handling webhooks, subscription lifecycle, reconciliation), enabling paid subscriptions and growing from $0 to $2.5k/mo MRR.• Auth & platform: implemented Auth0 JWT auth (bearer + cookie) for user-facing billing endpoints plus internal service tokens; owned schema/migrations; led a 3-phase extraction to remove direct Stripe dependency.• Infra: migrated core services from Heroku to Render behind Cloudflare proxy with zero downtime.• Observability: Set up Prometheus scraping for Synapse and Grafana dashboards (for real time metrics like CPU/RAM, event send-times, cache hits etc).• Product analytics: Automated daily KPI email digest (DAU/WAU/MAU, signups, messages, rewards in MEOW + USD, logins by auth method) via scheduled PostgreSQL rollups persisted for trend analysis.• Token rewards: designed and built daily token rewards system end-to-end (configurable pool caps, 30% direct / 5% indirect referral commissions, Merkle tree generation for on-chain distribution/ claims).• Synapse operations: maintained production homeserver with 20+ upgrades; integrated S3 media storage + cache tuning; increased upload limit from 11MB to 1GB.
