Drawing on diverse experience in IT, I solve critical business problems using just the right technologies that fit organizational needs. I’ve worn many hats in my IT career- Associate Director, Sr. Manager, Solution Architect, IT Engineer, Programmer Analyst, and Software Engineer. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex IT challenges. I\'m also a continuous learner, which is critical in this fast-changing IT industry.It’s my responsibility to contribute in architecture of the system, and lead program deliveries, releases, and deployment while safeguarding organizations from risk or downtime. With a focus on software development, DevOps, Data migration, and systems engineering, my job ensures systems are always functioning. If everything runs smoothly and nothing suffers a glitch, then I know I did my job. Basically, I’m that “point of resolution,” translating business requirements for technology teams to understand, build, and deliver. A few accomplishments I’m proud of include:⇨ Enabled Celgene’s Global Medical Affairs organization to meet evolving needs for process improvements, greater collaboration, information sharing, improved user experience, and improved reporting capabilities by leading a team of 50+ in building/integrating a multi-million dollar cloud application platform based on Salesforce. ⇨ Enhanced organization-wide adoption of the new cloud platform by ensuring integration with the many business applications within Celgene (REMS, Drug Safety, Oracle ERP globally).⇨ Simplified the affiliate enablement process in Celgene’s Medical Affairs business group using Six Sigma methodology to deliver a 1500% productivity increase, eliminating previous requirement of four months.⇨ Positioned Celgene to mitigate risk exposure as the IT Delivery Lead for the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS), spearheading the program to enable single point entry for Prescribers, Patients, and Specialty Pharmacies.
