About Rakesh Rathi
A management graduate and engineer from top Indian Schools, my journey from being an ace Sales Engineer to an Ed-Tech entrepreneur has been a thoroughly satisfying experience. I\'ve been in the Education Industry for the last 14 years and I realized that the classrooms might have become fancier and the buses may have got air conditioned, but schools essentially remained the same as they were when we grew up. The set of knowledge, skills and attitudes imparted to children today are no doubt necessary, but in no way sufficient to help the Generation Z’ers deal with the life and work challenges of the 21st century.The inadequacies of the current schooling system in preparing the children for the world of tomorrow was a driving force behind the birth of SoistiFi. Armed with a strong academic background, with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Punjab University and MBA from MDI Gurgaon, I laid down the foundations of SoistiFi, with a singular aim of making our children ready to face the challenges of life in a time when the world will be nothing like we know it.
