   Managing, studying and publishing various KPI dashboard and implementing plans to improve the KPI’s in most optimized way possible. • Working with management on data to implement corrective action as discovered in KPIs or other EAM data. • Developing strategic plans to come up corrective actions in KPI. • Forecasting the budget required for equipment inventory for next year and also for next 3 years along with budget required for projects carried out on site. • Selecting suppliers to order parts from considering lead time, freight cost, urgency of the part and price of part. This ensures optimized system for ordering parts with preference given to lead time and then cost. • Serving as liaison between teams like RME, operations, safety, logistics and finance to ensure all the process carried out are optimized and the main factor in improving KPI’s is continuous process improvement. • Work with facilities team to develop and maintain lists of critical spares and updating calculations of safety stock based on seasonality and change in lead time of inventory. • Managing KPI of schedule optimization depending on the availability of warehouse equipment and hours needed. • Measuring and publishing facility’s Performance Indicator metrics and interpreting data, troubleshooting process, and making proper changes based on findings. • Working with corporate EAM Business Analysts to roll out new functionality, standard object coding scheme, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and scheduling. • Develop and maintain Fulfillment Center specific PM Plans, Schedules, Routes, and Work Packages Project Lead: 1.
