I have over 13 years of experience working in Quality Assurance in different roles. I currently work as a Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator at Metrolinx. Primary responsibilities includes ensuring PQAP (Project Quality Assurance Plan) is being met by all parties involved by monitoring NCR process, submittal review and performing audits. Ensure any lessons learned are being documented. Present KPIs to management on the performance of these processes. I previously worked as a Senior Quality Specialist at PNR Railworks. In this role, I focused on customer satisfaction by addressing and closing customer identified deficiencies and NCRs. Assisted in root cause analysis to avoid recurrence of issues. I also performed internal audits as per ISO 9001 requirements. We also supported external audits conducted by customer & ISO 9001 certifying agency. I also worked as a Quality Engineer at Worldwide Oilfield Machine Inc, which is an oil and gas based company manufacturing dual-seal valves. Some of my main responsibilities were: monitor the day-to-day activities of the QA/QC engineers and inspectors; final product release of completed equipment; monitoring receiving inspection team inspecting vendor supplied parts; monitor the repair inspection team inspecting customer supplied property sent for repair / remanufacturing; perform internal audit on various manufacturing processes; perform supplier audits; face external audits such as API licence audits, ISO 9001, etc. and customer audits; assist the QA manager in corrective / preventive action, NCR trend analysis, gap analysis, risk assessment, contingency planning, management review, etc; conducting ITP kickoff meeting with third party / customer representative, etc. I am a Graduate in Industrial Engineering. I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering.
