Dr. Ratchana Rajendran is a Visiting Professor for Manipal Academy of Higher Education for ACCA aligned courses (BT, LW, TX, AFM) for their B.Com & M.Com batches and JGI CMS (Jain University) for the BBA + ACCA aligned course (ATX).She previously worked as an Associate Professor - Finance & Coordinator - IQAC & International Accreditations for International School of Management Excellence (ISME). She was the Academic Coordinator for the B.Com + ACCA programme, and headed the CSR club & PGDM finance lab.She won a research grant in 2023 from All India Management Schools (AIMS) for an experimental research project in the area of Gamification for Financial Literacy in 2023.She has a rich experience of more than 17 years as a Full time Professor and as Visiting Faculty in various reputed universities and colleges - Birchwood University (USA), CHRIST University, Christ Academy, CMR University, Jain University, RV Institute of Management and PES University with her teaching experience in the field of Finance, Accounting and Taxation where she has been handling BBA/BBM, B.Com, M.Com, MBA, PGDM, Fellowship Program in management (FPM), PhD & ACCA batch of students.She completed her Doctoral Degree in Commerce on the topic \"Non-Performing Asset Management in India - with special reference to Regional Rural Banks in Tamilnadu\" in the year 2021. She has completed her MBA (International Finance) from QMU, UK & is an ACCA Finalist having completed 10/13 papers. She also continues to pursue and provide guidance and mentoring for other Chartered courses.She is a rank holder in M.Com(CA) from Lady Doak College & has an M.Phil (Commerce). She graduated with a B.Com (Hons) from University of Delhi & cleared UGC-NET in Commerce.Dr. Ratchana is deeply involved in research relating to Sustainable/Green Finance, Gamification, Behavioural Finance & Application of Technology in Financial Services.She has to her credit 2 Australian Patent Grant, 15 - ABDC, Scopus Indexed, UGC care listed, & peer reviewed journal publications & has made more than 30 paper presentations in various national & International conferences.She develops educational content for colleges & institutions across India apart from conducting research methodology workshops.Dr Ratchana has corporate experience in the finance department and is currently pursuing Masters in Data Science from Northwestern University and Masters in Business Laws from NLSIU.
