Manage the Software Development and Technical Support Teams Onsite and Offshore. Optimize existing core technologies and introduce solutions to reduce dependency on the existing monolithic architecture to help migrate from legacy to the cloud. Maintain the technology Road map to deliver on the short and medium-term objectives, and drive future technology innovations. Migration of Legacy applications to microservices to scale the current business growth. Enhance in-house capabilities and integrate with external products. Third-Party Vendor Management, aligning them to the business vision. Manage the annual technology infrastructure maintenance, operating, and development budget. Responsible for producing Knowledge Transfer Plan aligning with the Migration Plan for upgrading legacy systems. Responsible for implementing agile/scrum, security best practices, and hiring software teams offshore and onsite. Managing an IT budget of more than £3 Million
