This included identifying and resolving critical data issues such as missing values, duplicate records, and inconsistent data formats.• Key Deliverable: Developed a data quality scorecard to establish baseline metrics and track improvements in data quality over time.• Resulting Impact: This initiative led to higher accuracy in customer master records, improved operational consistency, proactive error prevention, and ultimately, reduced operational costs.
