Defined service requirements, produced service plans, and scheduled and facilitated knowledge transition workshops resulting in improved service delivery.• Managing annual appraisal, quarterly review, new hire interview and PIP process.• Escalation management including RCA and control totals.• Managed the successful transition of People Hum HCM tool with minimal impact on business operations.• Collaborating with multiple domains for client deliverables within SLA.• Handling the reporting for Job Abandonment process sharing dashboard with the stake holders with the weekly progress made for the hourly employees.• Handling end to end activities of employees in terms of data management, which includes – Onboarding, Transfers, Progression, Promotion, Personal data changes, Termination, International assignments (Expat, Inpat, Repatriation, Secondment), etc.• Handling HRIS helpdesk for access related queries, time attendance, PTO & compensation requests raised by the employees.• Managing PMS (Performance Management) for more than employees on yearly basis, letter circulation, addressing the queries, Pay rate update etc.• Managing LOA & Absence reporting for the employees who have not punched for more then 28 days, reaching out to STM (station managers) for more clarity and updating the system accordingly.• Data Validation with the help of various system reports from UKG UltiPro and Data Lake Kronos so that the existing data are in sync, and there is no mismatch.
