I am a physician leader deeply passionate about worker wellness, wellbeing, and safety. For me, employee health is not just about compliance or clinical care, it’s about creating environments where people can thrive, feel supported, and know their health is valued. That belief has guided my career and continues to inspire my work every day.In my role at Dow, I have led teams and strategies that bring together clinical excellence, workplace safety, and organizational value. From substance abuse prevention and emergency preparedness to building award-winning hearing conservation programs, my focus has been on delivering outcomes that protect workers while strengthening the business. I see healthcare leadership as a platform to create measurable impact where quality and compassion meet strategy and results.Beyond the corporate setting, I am committed to service and education. I am committed to mentoring future physicians and public health leaders. Through my volunteer work at community clinics, I care for underserved populations and witness the transformative power of access to compassionate healthcare. These experiences fuel my vision to advance healthcare quality and leadership at the executive level, shaping healthier workplaces and communities for the future.
