ABOUT RASOUL MAHDAVI
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Hospitality Management at the University of Mississippi. My research interests are in the field of hospitality information technology including Generative artificial intelligence and service robots. Working in the hospitality and tourism industry since 2015 as the director of the training department, I have planned, monitored, and held training courses for more than 2700 students in different disciplines in the hospitality and tourism industry.
