ABOUT RON RASMUSSEN
Twenty five years of high end and resort real estate experience working in 20 states and 12 foreign countries on 95 developments. Working with many of the worlds most successful development firms to include: Vail Associates, DMB, Highlands Management Group, East West Partners, Starwood Capital, Alexander & Baldwin. As well as some of the biggest brands: Four Seasons, Rosewood, Ritz, Viceroy, Hyatt Hotels, One & Only, Auberge and Fairmont. During the last 25 years years Ron has had daily oversight of IMI\'s project and sales operations - closing over $8.9 Billion in real estate. Additional duties and responsibilities include: contracts with developers and high level executives as well as managing all attorney relationships for IMI. Develop and Coordinate documentation for all projects. Develop sales and marketing plans for new developments.
