ABOUT RASMUS RAHN

My ambition is to best serve our clients in maximizing enterprise value by leveraging ESG potentials along the transaction life cycle. Also, we support Sustainability Transformation Execution using a new platform to manage ESG measures and linking it to financial KPIs to show it\'s affect on our client\'s financial performance. During my past years at EY, my focus was carve-out and strategy in Automotive, Chemicals, and the Public sector. I am experienced not only in building a comprehensive deal strategy, but also in executing transactions in the best way possible. Furthermore, I have deep knowledge in organizational transformation and change management. I made very good experiences in managing the complexity of transactions, by applying the latest tools and platforms to coordinate all activities along the transaction lifecycle. In my professional experience I worked on several sell-side projects in the Automotive sector and Chemical sector with leading responsibility for the development of carve-out concepts, separation planning and execution, target operating model design and interdependency assessments. Also, I worked as a project leader in the Public sector and Chemical sector with responsibility for the development of new strategies and organizational structures with direct reporting on C-level. Furthermore, I gained intercultural experiences with a successful track record of international projects across different continents. Before my consulting career, I was responsible for several financial restructurings of small and medium-sized shipping companies where I deepened my skill set of project finance and risk analysis.
