RoleThe role is split into two parts. Firstly, leading a team of OMA (Operation and Maintenance Agreement) contract managers and data analysts. Secondly, act as the link between the operational organisation and M&A and participate in OMA negotiations with JV partners.Responsibilities as team lead• Lead, mentor, and manage the team of six OMA contract managers and data analysts• Promote a safe working culture and the four values of Vattenfall i.e. Active, Open, Positive and Safe• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture• Conduct regular performance check-ins, setting individual goals for each team member and provide constructive feedback• Conduct regular team meetings• Overall responsible for ensuring that Vattenfall fulfil its role as O&M Provider and comply with its contractual obligations• Facilitate professional development and growth within the team and identify training needs and opportunities for team members while encouraging continuous learning and skill enhancement• Lead in standardising tasks and processes • Creating value by continuously driving business insight to key stakeholders educating and reminding of the key value levers within the OMAs and being the commercial champion of the OMAResponsibilities in relation to transactions• Participate in negotiations with JV partners• Main point of contact for OMA excellence and OMA transactional topics• Understand the lifecycle of origination and transaction projects and identify key timing for OMA requirements• Work with M&A to ready OMA contracts for divestment and transaction purpose including contract drafting• Lead OMA transaction value through optimal commercial strategy and understanding within acceptable risk parameters• Identify and drive the contractual and commercial value levers• Create and present decision material to senior management as needed
